The Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (URSCA) coordinates a summer program for student and faculty scholars engaged in research or scholarship in any area of study, on campus or in the community. The program comprises several opportunities for academic and social engagement within and across disciplines between late May and early August.

In summer 2019, the URSCA program involves 60 student researchers, 27 faculty mentors, and several areas of study, including biology, chemistry, computer science, English, environmental and sustainability studies, heritage and museum studies, history, mathematics, neuroscience, physics, psychology, and sociology.
