Easels, poster boards, and clips will be provided for students presenting at the URSCA Symposium – COSS.

The Office of URSCA is happy to support class presentations, conferences, or other on-campus events by loaning poster presentation materials.
We can loan up to 60 metal poster easels and 60 cardboard trifolds (3’x4′), each with four binder clips. Easels adjust to display posters or artwork vertically or horizontally, and can be collapsed for table-top displays.
Poster presentation materials must be picked up from ISC 129 and returned in good condition.
After submitting a request using the button below, someone from the Office of URSCA will email you to arrange a pickup and return time.
