The Office of Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (URSCA) coordinates a summer program for student and faculty scholars engaged in research or scholarship in any area of study, on campus or in the community. The program comprises several opportunities for academic and social interaction within and across disciplines between late May and early August. .

In summer 2018, the URSCA program involved 60 student researchers, 29 faculty mentors, and 14 areas of study, including physics, English, history, biology, chemistry, heritage & museum studies, environmental science, psychology, neuroscience, sociology, economics, math, art, and computer science.
